- How can I cancel my subscription?
If you aren’t satisfied with the Performance Anxiety Program for any reason, please let us know within your trial period (7 days from the purchase date) so we can cancel your subscription without charging you.
Another way for cancelling your subscription is by clicking the “Manage subscription” link on your profile in the members’ area.
After the 7th membership day, your paid subscription for the Performance Anxiety Program begins, and you will be charged $37 one-time.

- What’s included in the program?
The Performance Anxiety Program is a mindfulness-based audio recording course. It has one goal: to help men reduce the stress and worry in bed that can often lead to losing their erection and frustrating their sex life.
The program revolves around 8 weeks of guided mindfulness meditation, with each daily session running between 10-20 minutes.
- What is mindfulness?
Mindfulness is a practice where you focus on being aware of what you’re sensing and feeling in the present moment, without interpretation or judgment.
More importantly, mindfulness is a proven way to reduce performance anxiety and restore erections.
You don’t analyze why you feel a certain way or if that’s good or bad. You just experience the present moment. When you do that, you use mindfulness to relax the body and mind, and reduce stress – which is the key to overcoming performance anxiety.

When we’re worried or stressed about a future event or overthink something that happened in the past, we get anxious. And that’s a problem.
The brain can’t be in two different “time frames” at once. It can be in the present, past, or future… but only one at any given time. Mindfulness teaches you how to draw attention back to the present moment in a non-judgmental way, so you eliminate stress and worry about the past or future from your brain.
But mindfulness works another way, too. By practicing it, you can enhance the activity in the brain associated with attention and emotion regulation. When you strengthen these parts of the brain, they promote a relaxing and calm effect on your body. The more you practice, the more you can “re-wire” your brain to react in a calmer way when in stressful situations.
