The PE Program
- Which exercises are included in the PE Program?
The PE Program is based on the squeeze technique and the stop-start method – sex therapy exercises which various studies have proven to be effective in treating premature ejaculation.
Premature ejaculation can be resolved using these techniques if they are being performed using the proper technique and as a part of a structured training regime.
- I’ve tried the stop-start method or the squeeze technique before. How is your program different?
Most people learn about these methods from free online articles. The problem is that most website content is written for ENTERTAINMENT purposes.
For that reason, their content presents the general idea of these methods without covering all the ESSENTIAL INFORMATION that you MUST know for them to be effective.
Omitting this vital information leads many men to make mistakes with the exercises and as a result, many don’t see results. Common mistakes include trying to stop at the middle of sex, doing the exercises only occasionally, not tracking ejaculation times, not increasing the training intensity and not using the proper technique.
The only way to get results with these methods is by using them as part of a structured ‘training plan’, as discussed in various studies. This training plan, which includes many additional features, is available to you in the form of the PE Program. You can read all about it here.
- Do you have any reviews to show that this program works?
- When can I expect to see results?
On average, it takes 8 weeks to complete the program if you train 3 times a week.
As with people who want rock-hard abs or to lose weight, the amount of time required depends on your starting point, effort level and personal pace. For some people it will take a few weeks, others might need to train for a few months.
After completing the first step of your training plan, you can already expect to see some improvement in your ejaculation latency, which will continue to grow as you progress through the steps.
- What results can I expect?
On average, our clients increase their ejaculation latency by over 5 times, upon completing the program. Having said that, your results may vary depending on your starting point, personal pace and how meticulous you are in following the program’s instructions.
- Are the exercises in the PE Program fun to do?
As with losing weight or improving your athletic ability, achieving results often means making small sacrifices in the short term. For example, if you want to develop your abs, you need to choose salad instead of pizza and work out instead of sleeping late.
To train yourself to last longer in bed, during your training sessions you’ll need to stop sexual stimulation before you reach orgasm. For some, this is less enjoyable – but the long-term result of improving your sex life is worth the effort.
- Can the exercises in the program be performed without a partner?
Yes: both solo and partner training can get you results, so it depends on what you and your partner prefer.
If you choose to do the solo program, you will most likely gain more control during sexual encounters after completing it. If you feel that you have achieved the desired control while masturbating or during oral sex, but still have room for improvement during full sexual encounters, it may be useful for you to complete a shortened version of the PE Program for Couples as well.
Both programs (Couples and Solo) are accessible through all PE Program packages.
- How do I tell my partner and encourage her to participate?
If you decide that you want to practice with your partner, the PE Program’s knowledge base includes guidance on how to tell your partner about the program and ask her to participate. It also includes tips for both of you, to help you complete it successfully.
We understand that you may feel as though you are taking a risk in sharing the PE Program with your partner. However, in our experience, women are usually happy that their partners are willing to put in the time and effort to overcome this problem. The end result – a more enjoyable, spontaneous and stress-free sex life – will be something that both of you can appreciate.
- Is there anything I can do to overcome PE faster?
Like other things in life, acquiring a new habit takes time and effort. The PE Program trains you to gain real control over your ejaculation time. This new habit will allow you to finally have a more spontaneous and stress-free sex life. We believe it is well worth the required time and effort.
- Who created the PE Program? What certifications do they have?
The PE Program was created by Dr. Zvi Zuckerman, a medical doctor and sex therapist who has been working in the field since 1974. Dr. Zuckerman has been certified as a supervisor of sex therapy by the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT).
He is also certified as a marital and sex therapist by the University of Pennsylvania and the Marriage Council of Philadelphia. In addition, he has served as director of the Andrology and Sex Consulting Unit at the Rabin Medical Center.
Over the course of his long, esteemed career, Dr. Zuckerman has helped thousands of men and women overcome a variety of sexual disorders.
- Does this program include any medication or desensitizing materials?
No. The PE Program is based on the stop-start method and the squeeze technique and does not include any external substance such as medication or desensitizing materials.
- Are Kegels include in the PE Program?
No. The PE Program is based on the squeeze technique and the stop-start method. Kegel exercises are not included.
- Can this program help homosexual men?
Yes. Although the PE Program for Couples is aimed at heterosexual men, homosexual men can certainly use the PE Program Solo and train to control premature ejaculation by themselves.
- I’m suffering from another health issue. Can this program still help me overcome PE?
The PE Program is based on the stop-start method and the squeeze technique, which are applicable to all men as long as they are generally healthy and can get an erection. If you suffer from any underlying health issue, we recommend that you consult with your doctor before participating in our program.
- What are the stop-start method and the squeeze technique?
The stop-start method and the squeeze technique are sex therapy exercises that are the oldest trick in the book of sex therapy. Sex therapists worldwide use to help men control ejaculation.
Over the last 5 decades, various studies found these to be an effective treatment for premature ejaculation.
You can read more about these exercises and their logic here.
- Do I suffer from premature ejaculation?
The medical definition of premature ejaculation (PE) is any ejaculation that occurs within one minute of vaginal penetration. However, we, along with many sex therapists, define premature ejaculation as ejaculation that occurs before the man wishes it to.
Premature ejaculation is a very common issue. It can be successfully treated using the sexual therapy exercises provided in the PE Program.
- Does age have any effect on PE?
No, premature ejaculation can affect men of all ages. The good news is that the PE Program can help men of any age improve their ejaculatory control, as long as they are generally healthy and sexually active.
- I last five minutes or more in bed. Can I still learn to last longer?
Yes. You can learn how to last longer in bed and improve your control over ejaculation no matter how long you last currently. As long as you are generally healthy and able to get an erection, the stop-start and squeeze techniques can help you extend your stamina even further.
